Micro Electro-Osmotic pumps realize smooth microfluidic flows. Nano Fusion Technologies, Inc. is developing and manufacturing unique Micro Electro-Osmotic (EO) pumps. Micro EO pump has no mechanical moving part, therefore, provides small form-factor, no pulsation and higher pressure characteristics at lower driving voltage. You can apply our micro EO pump to various microfluidic systems, for example, micro fuel cells, biotech diagnostic instruments, and biochemical analysis microchips so called MicroTAS (Micro Total Analysis Systems) .
